Yes we sell all of the art and craft materials as shown in the main catalogues, available to order in our catalogue section. We have a printed brochure of prices for these catalogues and the goods shown in them can be ordered by mail from us or by email from us.
2.....Do you sell at retail or wholesale prices?
We are a retailer selling to the public and do not deal in trade prices.
3.....Do you have special offers?
Yes we have special offers on the website and these are updated regularly. Go to our Super Savers Section.
4.....What if I cannot find an item I am looking for on your site?
We are always happy to answer your enquiries regarding product availability and to source items for you where possible. We cannot display everything we sell buy mail order online.
5.....An item I used to buy from you is no longer displayed, can I still purchase it?
Products may be suspended or removed from time to time for several reasons. Do contact us if you have a problem of this nature and we will be pleased to help you, or advise why it is no longer available.
6......Do you have a retail shop where I can browse?
No, we owned a craft centre offering workshops for several years and therefore have extensive knowledge of crafters needs, but have found that we can offer a wider range of goods and a better service to our customers with our online store and our 'at home' Craft Parties.
7......How can I be sure that my payments online are secure?
All payments are made through our payment provider WorldPay on their secure site, no personal or financial details are kept on our website.
8.....I do not live in the U.K. can I buy from you online?
No, we do not sell outside the U.K. at present through our online facility. However, if you contact us by email with the items you wish to order we can advise you of the postage and packing costs involved to forward your order to you, if this is possible. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot email your card details to us - these must be posted to us.
9.....What do I do if I have a complaint?
Please contact us by email or telephone and we will be pleased to look into the matter for you.
10....Do you pass on my personal details to other companies?
No, we only use your details for our own accounting purposes and advertising our company to you. We do not disclose these to other companies outside. |
